This study of the Turkish Trade Draft Law on minority rights in terms of innovations intended to examine. Minority rights, couldnt provide efective protection to out of majorities from coming into effect. Therefore, the majority of companies have increased pressure on the minority. the bill has new regulations which includes rights of minorities for preventing that disadvantages. For example the minority has right for dissolution of the company and they can represented in management so wtih these rights bill tried to establish democracy in the company. Another purpose of the bill's new independent auditing mechanism to support the rights of minorities. In this context inoperative rights such as complaints to the auditor is removed and instead of this minority has right to choose and withdraw auditor. and its obvious that all of this innovations made for removing the pressure of majorities on out of majory. on this point we can see that there isnt any precautions for bad intentions of minority.
